Ben Nash, chief executive of PCS Wireless, is the man behind a mystery $250,000 donation to a super PAC supporting Sen. Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign, according to the New York Times.

Nash donated $250,000 to Stand for Principle PAC in January through “V3 231 LLC,” a company registered in New York. Nash donated to Cruz because “he has been a strong supporter of Jewish issues,” company spokesman Robert Barletta told the Times.

Nash, a former student of Jewish religious texts at Yeshiva, co-founded PCS Wireless in 2001 as a teenager. The company became a major global distributor of new and used phones and mobile devices, according to the Times.

Cruz has called the Iran nuclear agreement an existential threat to Israel and has promised to move the United States embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem if he’s elected president. He’s also been honored by politically conservative Jewish advocacy groups.

While Cruz’s presidential campaign has raised more many than any other Republican’s and the senator touts strong grassroots support, a handful of billionaires have almost exclusively bankrolled super PACs supporting him....

This is just the kind of bribery that Trump doesn’t have to put up with and neither should we.

Explain to me what makes Trump so clean?

He openly admits to paying the same “bribes” often to democrats but in some bizarre fantasy world, he is different and only the bribe taker is dirty unless its someone else doing the paying.

The fact that you won’t answer in the open thread tells me that you aren’t real confident of your answers.

(Ted Cruz is hardly a street bum)

It's nice that they are bankrolling the good guy. But this is how the establishment was able to take down conservatives in the 2014 primaries.

New York hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer gave $11 million to a pro-Cruz super PAC. Toby Neugebauer, son of Rep. Randy Neugebauer, gave $10 million to another, and Texas fracking billionaire brothers Dan and Farris Wilks gave $15 million. Those contributions make up almost all of the $38 million in super PAC money behind Cruz.

I imagine the gerbil on his head is amazing for scrubbing your body clean.

A wealthy Jewish guy donates money to a strong supporter of Israel; that’s news?
