Cruz does not draw anyone other than conservatives. Trump will pull in from the African-Americans, Hispanics, Democrats, etc.

Exactly. That is why Trump is the intelligent choice. Trump will also pull in the NYC union blue collar Queens types where he grew up and where he and his father hired construction workers so add them to your correct demographic list. Trump will take New York State.
Cruz will not pull those people in.
This does not make Trump a liberal somehow because of this; he has a plan to give America a chance for a comeback by bringing back our jobs from foreign countries and stopping illegal immigration.
That and to beat Hillary should be sufficient for him to win all conservatives votes; first things first.
