You need to give this 2ndDiv character a break. You see he has nothing, not even a pot to piss in unless the government gives it to him. The though of anybody other then an establishment type, that isn’t going to keep his gravy train rolling scares the hell out of him. Like any little welfare queen, he is just looking out for his next meal and 40oz.
