i dont understand how any serious candidate can ‘throw away’ or ignore potential delegates
especially a candidate with DT’s resources (like, its not like he couldn’t afford to pay a brief visit in his airplane and/or send someone to WY to lobby on his behalf, or whatever might be required to pick up a few more delegates)

I dont get why Donald pulled palin back from participating in WY.
Very little cost to Donald in terms of time. Looks to me to be a ‘face’ game.

Trump doesn’t think he should have to deign to fly out there to WY and make an appeal to the people in WY. They should just realize how terrible a person Cruz is, and how magnificent Trump is./s
There’s nothing wrong. He knows he wasn’t going to get them, so why spend the money and time he could be pouring into delegate rich areas. It’s like the national election. No one campaigns (for good or bad) in small electoral vote states as much as they do in large electoral vote states. Especially ones where the GOP machine has a lock on it. Sort of like Ted begging off New York. He knows it’s not going to happen so don’t waste the resources.
