Trump was wonderful. He cares and that comes across.
Did CNN broadcast it or minimize the screen and talk over it as usuall?
I figure he must have been well received because the Lame Stream Media are mum for now.

I saw that part on CNN.
I hope we hear reactions from the people who were there.
He came across as very genuine and as himself.
Contrast Hillary, who, when she speaks to black audiences, condescendingly adopts a ‘black’ accent (”Lawd, ah ain’t no ways tarred”) and talks down to them.
How I despise the Neocons/NeverTrumpers.
Too bad social media has made them quite irrelevant.
Or at the LEAST, not as relevant.
The news will spread fast among blacks if they like what they heard and saw.
We need to post up links to the prayer shawl video and share them everywhere on social media.
Unlike certain other very studied and well-rehearsed persons, The Donald does not have to fake his empathy. He comes across as genuinely sympathetic, bearing a message of hope, and some pathway to achieving that hope.
I haven’t heard anything about protests but I heard he got a standing ovation.
Lots of negative reaction. (”Just a photo op”) Which means he needs to keep doing it.

Do Christians HAVE prayer shawls? I never knew this or saw one. I’d like to see the video.

I saw that....it was a polite and meaningful symbolic jester on the part of the Pastor and Congregation in supporting Trump..and he was gracious in accepting these....especially since he didn't see this coming.
The Audience was enthusiastic toward Trump....
I was watching Fox when Trump spoke. Then it went down. Right Side Broadcasting said they would try to tap into the church feed because theirs went down too. Then it showed a dancer on stage.
