People compare it to Mitt Romney's 47% moment. It should be remembered that Romney was speaking in private to a group of campaign insiders and simply pointing out the truth (that it would be hard to win votes from the 47% of the voters who receive government money), but a Democrat spy who was working at the bar taped it.

Even Obama's infamous dismissal of people who cling to guns and religion was at a private fundraiser.

Hillary, on the other hand, said this in a campaign speech.
