So people that couldn’t vote for Clinton and also couldn’t vote for Trump are now the target?
Hasn’t a second hand count already been done in Michigan as per procedure?

There it is. The window is open to check, scratch, tear, smudge over Clinton’s oval and the democrat criminals will call it as a vote for her.
There will be Trump people watching but are they really in the Trump camp? Will they be distracted or confused by design or intention?
Trump will file a request to deny the recount. If the Michigan SOS dismisses the request, we will know the fix is in.
I wish I could say something positive but unfortunately, I witnessed firsthand how they steal elections twice in the 2000s in my state, one for Governor and one for US Senator.
Once seen, it is impossible to hand wave away these emerging developments. I almost wish I wasn’t ‘wise’.
Counties had their unofficial results. They added provisional ballots. They then certified then in each county. State met today and certified the results.
Make that - no recount in Michigan yet.
So, they know exactly where to go to manufacture 85,000 votes. And I wouldn’t be surprised if these “blank” ballots came from counties won by Obama. That means everyone of the MEANT to vote for Hillary.
It never ceases to amaze me that whenever a recount is done, the Republican ALWAYS loses votes...ALWAYS.
Here’s some data for you:
Hillary won the popular vote by 2,076,687 votes;
her margin in California, however, was 3,446,281.
That means she won the popular vote in California alone, and lost it in the other 49 states.

If MI is out of recount possibility, and PA requires a court case, that leaves WI.

Typically state laws say once there is a certified vote electors are appointed by the state.
There’s now a certified vote in Michigan, for Trump.
So , barring an overturn of today’s certified vote total by a new certified vote total, Trump wins.
