That is muddle-headed.

What about the actual plaintiffs in the case? Do they get any kind of hearing before Congress?

Better simply to strip the Supreme Court of their jurisdiction over abortion, marriage, etc.

Which Congress COULD HAVE DONE ANYTIME with a SIMPLE MAJORITY.
