Of course, had he been the nominee in 2000, FL wouldn’t have been in play, and it is possible he might’ve had an easier time than his brother with the election overall. But I think he still would’ve been a mediocrity and left our borders just as wide-open as Dubya. The media would’ve been merciless with his unattractive midget Mexican wife and their daughter (I always wondered the story about him and his wife, perhaps he married her to spite the parents. I can’t see what appeal she had to him as a young man, a rich beta male douche marrying a homely foreign peasant. I can understand if she was foreign and hot, but if you’ve seen the wedding photos, she looked like a Mexican Rosa Klebb).
