I was just thinking that when something really stupid is leaked, the President is probably bating the leakers so they fall into the trap, expose themselves, and get boiled alive for dinner.
Better to drain the swamp before the serious stuff starts with NK, Iran, Syria, Somalia, South Africa, etc, etc, etc, all the while bringing businesses back to the states.
Oh, someone leaked his 2018 budget.
