We Deplorables have ALWAYS been quicker to notice a new existential threat from The Deep State, the forces of evil. I think at some point Trump, who just wanted to make the US a better place realized that he had been chosen by some unknown force to lead the fight against the forces of evil. He talked about the swampthings, but has let some of them in his WH and he has been too willing to hope that the sick polluted things can be brought around. He has assumed that people's word means something to them in DC.

Our only chance is if he comes back to a DC where the traitors and their enablers have been brought away in handcuffs. Then, surround himself with 100% loyalists, maybe drop all but a handful of staff. Bring in the likes of Rick Santorum, Sara Palin and Mike Huckabee, maybe even Dan Quayle. Why? The capacity for 100% loyalty.

If President Trump doesn't fight like civilization is on the line, nothing is left.
