Governor Kasich Blasts Paris Climate Accord Withdrawal

Kasich took to Facebook to decry the move, saying America's withdrawal from the agreement was tantamount to relinquishing the nation's status as a global leader. He added, "the Trump Administration should have worked to improve the treaty from within."

"Improve the treaty", Governor Kasich? You mean like one of those international agreements whic—in order to be Constitutional—must be approved by a 2/3 majority vote in the United States Senate, Governor Kasich?

When, precisely, was this "Paris Climate" treaty formally ratified, Governor Kasich?

Because if this treaty wasn't ratified, then it's totally non-binding, and not worth the paper it's printed on, is it, Governor Kasich?

In other words, Governor Kasich, you're totally full of sh-t, aren't you?
