The man suspected of opening fire on Republican members of the congressional baseball team early Wednesday morning was distraught over the election of President Trump and traveled to Washington in recent weeks to protest, his brother said on Wednesday.
The suspect, James Thomas Hodgkinson, 66, of Belleville, Ill., died in a Washington hospital after a shootout with the police.
“I know he wasn’t happy with the way things were going, the election results and stuff,” his brother, Michael Hodgkinson, said in a telephone interview shortly after he received the news on Wednesday. He added that he was not close to his brother and had not been aware why he remained in Washington.
“Totally out of the blue,” he added, saying that his brother was engaged in politics but otherwise led a normal life.
Michael Hodgkinson said his sister had spoken with the shooting suspect’s wife on Tuesday. According to his account, the wife said that Mr. Hodgkinson had called home to say he was planning to come home because he missed his wife and dogs.....

There’s no doubt that the hatred-spewing media is to blame. Every day they fortify a false narrative. That narrative is so over-the-top that it’s inevitable that it justifies violence in many an unbalanced mind.
So this guy was in DC for weeks? Associating with whom? Living where? Getting income how?
Someone from out of DC is going to need help to know EXACTLY that the Republicans were practicing and where they would be at.
He is ONLY a suspect folks..... only a suspect...it’s not clear what motivated this man...or If he’s guilty, and since he’s dead, well.....we’ll never really know if he’s guilty....perhaps it was just a recreational day of target practice gone wrong... he was turning his life around too....sad he got involved with guns. A lot of nerve from the New York Times. They are directly responsible for this shooting due to the fake news they put out. The MSM has fomented hatred for Trump. They have been anxiously waiting for this to happen. The blood is on their hands. Oddly, while praising police for being nearby and able to stop the shooter, Schumer and the Dems will call for gun control. Is today the day CWII went hot? Payback is a b!tch, y’all.

They are trying real hard to round up 72 virgins but in liberal-land that’s gonna be tough.
Traveled to Washington in recent weeks? Did he have the money for that? If not, where was he getting it? Where was he staying? Did someone put the guy up, or was he running up a bit at a hotel/motel he’d leave his estate to pay?
The violence that happened today on a Virginia ball field has been building for more than a year. It got a good start in San Jose, CA last year when the police and city refused to protect Trump supporters coming out of a campaign rally. They were beaten, chased, spit upon, bullied and their cars damaged while the cops stood by doing nothing. Who can forget seeing that poor woman surrounded by a howling mob spitting on her, throwing things at her, all the while men inside the glass doors would not open them for her until her life was in danger. The San Jose Police did NOTHING. Then in Chicago, Trump had to cancel a rally because the city would not protect his supporters or the arena and in fact let the thug radicals into the arena after the event was cancelled causing fights all over the interior. Twice during the campaign, Trump speeches were interrupted by a man rushing the stage in Ohio and a gun incident at another event. In Berkley, Portland and Seattle, Democrat storm troopers have fought in the streets with Trump supporters, damaged property, screamed vulgar slogans and done so without police intervention until recently Since the election, Kathy Griffin showed up holding the severed head of Donald Trump as a “joke.” A female United States Senator addressed the California Democratic state convention and used the F word over and over when talking about President Trump. In Central Park, a NY theater company puts on a play on this very day showing the assassination of President Trump and gets a standing ovation from the audience. In Congress, Senator after Senator and Rep after Rep accuse the President of every crime they can think of, stirring the pot every single day. These examples only skim the surface, there are so many more. So now one of their crazies has taken the bait and tried to commit mass murder on Republicans. There is blood on the hands of those who have continued to ratchet up the pressure every day and they are to blame for this happening. Not the slightest doubt in my mind.
So the snowflake didn’t melt. He blead out instead.
And of course the media pours gasoline on the fire every single day.
I’m not surprised. This is a man who wrote that his favorite show was Rachel Maddow’s. His online presence makes it clear that he was steeped in leftwing propaganda. You know he believed every twisted misrepresentation by the media of what Trump said, every lie, every piece of heavy spin, every absurdly one-sided story, every bit of slanderous innuendo, all the nonsense scare tactics the left and their media allies pushed about Trump.
Who wouldn’t hate Trump if all the B.S. the “press” has pushed about him for two years straight now were actually true? This is what happens when a mentally unstable, gullible fanatic is exposed to the insane levels of manipulative agitprop the left/media/elites have been putting out there almost non-stop since Trump announced his candidacy.
