How about just a message to Ryan and McConnell? Trump is trying but he can’t do it alone. After legislatively thwarting Trump’s efforts, McConnell actually snarked, ‘It’s not so easy to make America great again, is it?’
What is Trump supposed to do? Write an EO that makes himself the Senate Leader [it’s not a serious suggestion].
