He's had way more gooberish haircuts than that, which accentuated his Zippy the Pinhead cranium better.
Though I do like the blinky, staring thing he's got goin' in that one. If he weren't so articulate, I'd swear I saw him in "The Hills Have Eyes."
There’s definitely better pics, but there are very few gifs of him. That one is my favorite.
