I’ve read that 70% of Asians voted for Obama, twice.

Bad times for Republicans. Bad Republican candidates.

Asians in the more urban and populous states, I think, voted the way their states voted, and since so many live in HI, CA, NY, NJ, MA, MD, they voted Democrat.

In previous elections, the Asian vote wasn't so heavily Democrat.

I agree with your points for most part...I don’t think that McCain and Romney were great candidates...

Many Asian-Americans voted for Obama because they were so excited about a president, who was not a white male...Many of them felt some kind of obligation to support a “minority” candidate for Presidency...

John Chiang, a Chinese-American, is running for CA governor...No, I don’t think he will do better than his two Democratic rivals...Newsom and Villaraigosa...
I saw an ad on TV for Chiang...In that ad, Chiang stated that he will resist President Trump...
I think many Asian-American voters will vote for him based on his last name...Even some Asian-Americans who are registered Republicans...
