Cummings is a racist moron (sorry I’m so kind). He’s in a party that VOTED AGAINST the Civil Rights Act while Republicans vote for it. He’s in a party that has kept Blacks subservient, living poor in infested tenements with the welfare check as their gift from Democrats. This lasted for decades. He ought to be embarrassed and ashamed. High Black unemployment, high number of Black gangs, high number of fatherless Black children, high number of Blacks on social programs.
