I absolutely do not recommend calling any restaurant ahead of time and identifying yourself as a conservative or a republican when making reservations. Sadly, I just assume the kitchen staff would soil the meal during the preparation if they were forewarned of the diner’s politics. It’s ‘The Help’ writ large.
I have decided that since I look like any Anglo Dad or grandpa the servers profile me. If they think I will tip well then they’ll come grab me.
But if I remind them of their Dad then I get poor service.
I still think that most of these snowflakes have parental issues that they cover up.
