Regarding the other two, abortion and gay marriage, these are NOT rights, but yes, they still could be the law of the land. Simply have CONGRESS pass the needed laws.
But Congress won’t!!! Maybe there’s a reason why that’s the case.

Roe V Wade offends me more today than ever before.
Women have more kinds of birth control than EVER before & it is cheap. So are CONDOMS. Buying any of the above is no longer considered an ‘in the corner of the drug store purchase’ so no one sees you.
I really don’t care if you want to sleep with every man you meet-—you have the right to be a total SLUT if that is your choice.
However, I know that women today make far more money during their child bearing years than I ever made, and a month’s supply of birth control is only about $20. They will willingly pay a cell phone bill of over $100 a month, and will pay more for a pair of shoes or a handbag than I paid for a whole wedding, but they cry foul when it comes to being responsible for their own pregnancies.
It has been made worse by welfare, which pays a woman more & more money for more & more children. Where is the incentive to quit producing these kids? There is none...the incentive is only to get pregnant very young, and keep pumping kids out like a broodmare. The kids have ‘no daddy’ in their lives & are raised by themselves on the streets in a feral atmosphere. That is what they become. FERAL.
Forcing taxpayers to support abortions is SOOOO wrong.
IF a person wants to be supportive of abortions-—so be it-—BUT NOT THRU MY 1040 tax forms. How many millions of dollars have been given to Planned Parenthood over the years since Roe V Wade? Would be better if Planned Parenthood gave out birth control pills.
All the crap about “Women Can Have It All” has to end. Choose—be a mom or be a working person. Making laws that business owners have to support your family planning & births with PAID leave is also just plain wrong.

My prediction is that the dems will lost at least 5 seats in the senate, and about 10 seats in the house. The average person doesn’t support illegal immigration, open borders, abolishing ICE, nor do they like the left’s fascination with violence and riots.
