If trump came out in support of cute puppies, Democrats would call for the immediate execution of all cute puppies. It is a knee jerk reaction that we can use against them. I disagree. They'll just call Ivanka rude names, and they might say she's a hypocrite for advocating for something she doesn't personally need ... and perhaps doesn't provide for her own employees.
However, they will not come out against a potential huge new entitlement that they've favored for many years.
