There is a name for people whose pupils are completely surrounded by white. Not a good name as it they are considered evil or dangerous in some cultures.

Seems like I read somewhere, that some police/military/spy outfit in Limeyland actually teaches this in their training.

Don't recall which one: SAS/SBS, MI6, maybe the Bobbys - that's how vague my recollection of it is, but I know I read it somewhere having to do with the Limeys and how they train people:

(No offense to Limeys btw; dad always used that as a term of endearment.)

Eye pupils totally surrounded by white is a warning sign of a psychotic person.
