Second, the balloon is not really that big, it's not even as big as Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon. It is actually pathetic. It is not some gigantic enormous zeppelin. It's actually pretty small and rather pathetic. And it didn't soar over London. It's on a tether and it barely "soared" more than 15 or 20 feet above the rabble holding on to its lines.
