Maxine Waters is to the left as the Kims have been to China. Periodically, Dems need a nutcase to stir things up and they let her out of the box. Obviously, the polls said she had gone far enough with the flag burning stuff so she stepped back in.
Maxine Waters is not stupid. She’s a powerful multi-millionaire. She has a role to play on stage for the left and is elected in a district where she can do or say anything and keep getting elected. Kind of like the Kims.
