Why even run a Democrat candidate?Just to make some noise with outrageous comments like those quoted in the posted article. By doing so, she gives some pundits the false impression that there is a "blue wave" even in places like Utah. She will get about the same percentage vote in Utah as Republican candidates will in urban, predominantly minority districts (that is, if Republican candidates run in those districts).
