Noticeably absent from [Bush’s] list is Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, a Republican who is facing a surprisingly robust challenge from Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D-El Paso.

Cruz once worked for the former commander in chief, both on Bush’s presidential campaign and then in his administration. The senator also met his wife, Heidi, while working for Bush’s campaign, leading him to say that he “will always be grateful” to the former president…

DJT is the POTUS I hoped Dubya would be but wasn’t—not even close. He was better than The Goron and Lurch, but other than that I don’t have anything good to say about him. Dubya has lately taken a number of cowardly cheap shots at DJT and I will never forgive him for that.

Why would anyone want to associate with the Bushes?

I remember back when the Bush-bots ran around on this forum trying to brow-beat those who were less than enamored with that POS. The dems were right - he was stupid, a really stupid and piss-poor president. The question is who was more stupid, Bush or his bots. GW should just stay home and do what ex-presidents should do (i.e., STFU).

Of course he isn’t going to campaign for Cruz. The mask is off. Forget this whole clan.

On a side note: Does anyone else believe that the Kavanaugh document dump by the Bush attorneys, the night before the Judiciary hearings started, were done in an effort to cripple his nomination... or is it just me?

Starting in January 2004 I started a slow process of coming to despise W and everyone in his worthless elitist family. If he’s for a candidate, I’m suspicious and leaning towards “no way, Jorge”. If he’s against one, then he’s worth looking at pretty hard.

Exactly....he was certainly not my guy. I really wanted Cruz but I voted for him and I have been constantly, pleasantly surprised.

George P. Bush is just as much an open borders loon as the rest of them, he’s just smart enough to realize he would not get elected being a NeverTrumper.

GW has already shown that he supports only the Globalist Uniparty. We do not need his endorsement. I’d send Johnny Paycheck instead!

I was at a Bush-43 rally in Portland, OR in 2001. At the time, he seemed to be a genuinely good president. So yes, he had us fooled for a long time, but with caveat that the country was no where as bad shape as post 911 and thru Obama years.

It is not that complicated...

Career politicians -—> depend on ——> ultra big donors

Ultra big donors -—> make more money by importing cheap labor and exporting manufacturing to cheaper labor countries ——> then importing that stuff with very low tariffs and restrictions in USA.

There are very few exceptions to above procedure.
