Chelsea Clinton said that it would be "un-Christian" to roll back abortion protections granted by the U.S. Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade.
“When I think about all of the statistics, that are painful, of what women are confronting today in our country, and what even more women confronted pre- Roe, and how many women died, and how many more women were maimed because of unsafe abortion practices, we just can’t go back to that," Clinton said during a SiriusXM Progress Town Hall clip uploaded Thursday.
"That’s unconscionable to me. And also, I’m sure that this will unleash another wave of hate in my direction, but as a deeply religious person, it’s also un-Christian to me,” Clinton said....

Is she claiming to be a Christian? She married a non-Christian in an “interfaith ceremony”. Sorry if it hurts feelings, but she’s the one who invoked Christianity.

Everyone is "deeply religious". It just depends who/what is their god. Most people set-up themselves as their god, others: wealth, others: praise of man. Man makes idols too easily. Unfortunately few make the God of the Bible their god.
And regarding her other statement: "it's also un-Christian to me..." - we understand that she is not a Christian, but it would have been good for her to elaborate why prohibiting the murder of unborn babies would be 'un-Christian to her'. Obviously she is not basing her statement on Christ's Words (because she won't find them in Scripture). She is basing her statement on her feelings. And she isn't God.

Dear Chelsea,
Since YOU held yourself up to be “extremely religious”, I wanted to do a quick comparison.
1. I was baptized for the remission of my sins at the age of 13.
2. I have been leading congregational song worship for over 40 years.
3. I teach adult bible classes at church. I’m currently teaching one on the parallels between events and people found in the Exodus to Christ and the church.
4. I preach occasionally when our regular minister is out.
5. I go to church 3 times per week, every week.
6. I teach the pre-teens at church singing and song leading.
That is not an all inclusive list. I’m just wondering, what do you do that would show me that you are “extremely religious”?
I’ve been that drunk before but nowhere near this century.
