DONALD TRUMP will be left without his secret campaign weapon in the 2020 presidential election, as Facebook has announced it will not offer the same support to US President as it did in 2016.
The tech-giant declared its change in policy claiming that it will focus on providing support and information to all politicians and campaigns on its website politics.fb.com rather than visiting campaign headquarters.
The companys decision comes after more than a year of controversy over its role in the Trump campaign, with many alleging Facebook gave the American firebrand preferential treatment.
In an interview with CBS News' 60 Minutes, which aired in January 2017, Brad Parscale, digital director of the Trump campaign, admitted Facebook targeting played a major role in the US Presidents win.
He praised the social network, branding it the method for Trumps victory and pointed to the Facebook employees embedded inside our offices" to give guidance on how to use the platform to target voters....

So what. Trump already lives rent free in their heads, LOL.
If Trump wins in 2020, he will be able to have his family create a new “social media” site for conservatives, and those people will leave Facebook lying face down in the scum pond of social media past.
As you probably know, Don Jr. recently said something about the country needing a conservative version of Facebook.
Don Jr. is worth $300 million+, so maybe he can get such a site going.
“Twitter and Instagram are the in sites now anyway. How cute Facebook thinks it relevant.”
I don’t remember Facebook at all in the election. Twitter, yes, FB no.
Looks like they are trying to revive business by pretending they were involved.
