If you can’t win, you still run for President to raise your profile and the ability to increase your ability to raise funds.
That’s all that is happening here.
Her game plan is to either position herself for VP or Sec of State. If you look at the first four primary/caucus states...other than New Hampshire, she has zero chance in the other three primaries. I think her money will dry up by that point, and she will exit the stage.
