I get contribution solicitations every week from the RNC using my unequivocal support of the President to get me to make a contribution. Without fail I return their stuff with a note explaining my full support for the President but my total rejection of the RNC and its RINO, Never Trump, Uniparty, swamp creatures.

I think every day that the shutdown continues will serve to INCREASE his popularity and his support base.

Trump is obligated to fund US debt service. That is and always has been priority #1, even before military because the entire budget depends on not defaulting.
I could see a situation where he virtually eliminates EPA, Education, UN, and Energy with big cuts at FBI, CIA, foreign aid (feel free to add to the list). As long as the impasse continues, I think Trump will have the justification to permanently lay off government employees and move money around to protect the debt service #1 and national defense #2.
If Trump can fund the government long term w/o the House and build the wall; the Dems will suffer a devastating blow.

If you’re talking about the bill passed by the last House it would have to pass the House again. That bill died when the previous Congress adjourned for the last time.
No carry over.

Isn’t that a shame.

Now Pelosi can make a fool out of herself protecting potential Cop Killers.

A crying shame.
Poor Nancy, now she has to deal with the new kiddies in her party, the donors and Hollywood crowd, the msm AND worry about the shutdown she’s so happy about.
Couldn’t happen to a worse witch.

Yup. Except for the Never Trumpers here (cough) who are ready to jump ship..

They are like the "famous" people who always threaten to move to another country - we're all for it, but they never do it...
