Then the Democrats will have to go to court to overturn their own state laws. Won’t that be a sight?
Or the Dem governors will convene the Dem legislatures into emergency session to simply repeal the “states’ compact” and award their votes to the Dem who actually carried their states. This will be done in the name of repeating their states’ voters’ will. They will never allow it to be used against a Dem candidate.
