According to this link from the Indian government to its constitution, it is still stated to be a "secular socialist democratic" country in the preamble.

Are you saying the Indian government's site is incorrect ? If so when did they remove it ?

The words Secular Socialist and Secular were illegally inserted into the preamble to the Constitution during the Emergency, by Indira Gandhi when she first made a play for Muslim votes and to cement her tie-up with the Communist Parties, parliament being in suspended animation cold not have passed the amendments legally.

They still stand. No party wants to waste political capital om them.
