I am a banker and will never lend to a person from India ever again.
From my experience, they’re either good or bad but most are bad when they run in to any type of situation that doesn’t benefit them. They don’t just ignore you, they run from you and will even move back to India just to save a few thousand dollars or, more importantly, to escape the obligations they have incurred in the U.S..
I always find a legal way to avoid lending in Los Angeles, Broward County, Armenians, and people from India.
I had such a hard time selling my house in NJ because it is overrun with Indians. They want something for nothing and it took a solid year and a half to sell it with only Indians who came looking. Finally, a sweet white family from Pennsylvania showed up and bought the house at our asking price. What a relief it was - people who understood the American way. If they had not shown up, I’d still be stuck there.
