Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) on Tuesday blasted a bill put forward in the Arizona legislature that would prevent transgender athletes from participating in girls’ sports.
Warren’s comments: The Democratic presidential candidate called the legislation “cruel,” saying transgender people are “not a threat.”

So it’s NOT cruel to have a young woman who worked her whole life, sacrificing social and family things, so she can be top in her field only to be beat by a MAN? That’s cruel, Senator Warren. Very cruel.

They don’t want their own tranny sports. They demand we see them as real, actual girls, and treat them exactly like biological girls, or else we are evil haters and are oppressing them.
I wonder whether our world will ever recover and turn away from this absolute insanity. It doesn’t look like it.

Warren is a complete fruitcake. But it does make sense that a phony Indian would side with a phony woman.
We agree it is cruel to force female athletes to compete against biological males. There is no other truth. End of discussion. Decided.
There are well-established reasons why Olympics etc tested for gender for decades, with plenty of scandals outed as a result.

They frame the argument incorrectly.
It should NOT be based on biological sex at birth..that gives them an argument for discrimination.
Base it on exposure to testosterone.
If an individual has EVER been exposed to significant levels of testosterone they may NOT participate in sports with those who have not been so exposed because it would give them an unfair advantage.
A biological male might never have been exposed to T and a biological female may have been exposed...in such case the biological male could participate in girls sports but the biological female could NOT since she has been so exposed...
Base it on hormone exposure and divorce it from biological sex entirely.
i.e.
If you have been exposed to high levels of T then no girls sports for you.
If you have NOT been exposed to high levels of T then it is fair for you to participate in girls sports.
Regardless of your genetic sex.
Of course, anyone who can make the cut should be allowed to participate in boys sports since that is the top tier...if you can do so without T then you are amazing!
