There were four cops there, but only one was actually white. Did the others back off and just let the white guy deal with the situation or what?

I cannot read the minds of cops and say this was racial. Every race can have racial hatred and some cops should never be cops. I do know the whole arrest was atrocious but Minneapolis and Minnesota have turned into a liberal run sh*thole as most of America.
