All I’ve heard mention of is Congress modifying the Section 230 law to remove immunity of Twitter, et al social media companies from civil liabilities re. free speech.

This notion I have is partly a question because I don’t know if it is supported by existing law or precedent. So, cannot the Feds file criminal charges against Twitter et al for violation of 1st Amendment rights with charges both as a corporation and individually against Sr. Managers and the Board of Directors?
