I don’t think a President has the constitutional authority to tell a business what to do unless there is legislation.

This is simply a power grab. CONGRESS SHOULD STEP IN AND FILE LEGISLATION TO PREVENT THIS. Call your Senator and Congressman to block this unconstitutional mandate.
