Elon Musk on Thursday posted a graphic indicating liberals have moved so far to the left as ‘woke’ progressives that it’s left people in the middle inadvertently on the right side of the political spectrum through no fault of their own.
The image shows a set of stick figures and lines representing the years 2008, 2012, and 2021. Each timeframe has three stick figures – one to the left representing a liberal, one to the right representing a conservative, and one in the middle labeled ‘me.’
In each, the liberal stick figure shifts – nay, runs – further to the left while the conservative and ‘me’ remain the same, true to their values.

Its easy for the left mob to characterize Trump as an old white rich guy they suppose we all love to hate, and marginalize his supporters.
Its another matter when they try doing the same to an apolitical icon like Musk, whom many consider pretty cool.
This will have the effect of marginalizing them, instead.
It’s a brilliant illustration. So effective in its simplicity.
It needs to be simplistic. Otherwise, the left won’t understand it. Perhaps crayons would’ve been even more effective.

If people could see what a similar type graphic would show going back 30 years, 75 years, 100 years and further, and how far the left has really gone, it would shock them -
Nothing has INFURIATED me as much as hearing from people I know about how the Republicans have moved ‘hard right’, they are TOTALLY FOOLED by the Left. If the Republicans had even stayed where they were 20 years ago, they’d still be fighting gay ‘marriage’, for example...but they’re not.
In the run-up to any major election the bimbos and pretentious 'men' of the press work to portray democrats as "more conservative" than they are (expect to see powerless democrats you've never heard of sounding Trumpian). And the same press in the run up to an election will work to portray Republicans as 'tax and spend' and favoring illegals. (expect to see more of Rick Scott, Romney and Liz Cheney)

Note how the center and the right stick figures do not move.
But because the left has moved leftward, the center has shifted.

So, this is how I become radicalized as a right-winger. I simply held onto my beliefs.
