The one thing that could turn things around economically is the very thing the activists are determined to stop. This is not coincidental.

This is a case where, if the "people" win, the people lose. Poverty has powerful friends, who are able to mobilize the people in their thousands to defend their poverty.

This is evil, and it is shameful, and it is going to happen again and again. They are on a roll, and they think they can win.

It's a shame that these rebel leaders would manipulate the most vulnerable people, the indigenous, who have been used and exploited by everyone since the Spanish, to achieve their political goals. I get the impression that the gas issue is just an excuse for all these socialist leaders to take over the government.
