"Special Legislative Session on Redistricting"

V I G I L

PLEASE BE PREPARED TO MOBILIZE QUICKLY!

Location Legislative Building - Front Entrance 16 West Jones Street, Raleigh

Date and Time Determined by State House Co-Speakers projected for Thanksgiving Week.

For Updates Follow news reports, call the Legislature - 919-733-4111 or call Chris Farr - 919-786-2438 and help us pass the word.

MISSION STATEMENT

We, the Grassroots Republicans, call on ALL legislators to vote for fair and constitutional redistricting plans. These plans will "level the playing field" for Republicans for the decade. We the voters will be able to choose our own representatives instead of allowing the lawmakers to choose them for us.

WHY?

If our 61 elected Republican House Members stand united, the General Assembly cannot enact illegal plans or plans that unfairly discriminate against Republicans.

If our 61 elected Republican House Members stand united, North Carolina taxpayers will not continue to pay to defend the Democrats' unconstitutional districts.

PLEASE BE THERE AND HELP SEND A STRONG MESSAGE TO THE NC GENERAL ASSEMBLY!

"Eternal Vigilance is the Price of Liberty."
- Thomas Jefferson

Which party has control of the House in NC? Who has control of the Senate? And by how much?

I'm guessing (and it's a pure guess, unsupported by data) that this has to do with North Carolina?

Battle lines are being drawn for the fight against Morgan. This is critical. Black has allowed Morgan to get control of redistricting. Be ready to go.

For those of us in the mountains, it really doesn't make much difference which gang is in charge in Raleigh.

We are always outvoted by the down-Easterners, who tax us to build their pet projects and confiscate our property for parks whenever they want.
