That's exactly right. Any public kissing, let alone jumping on a table and making out, will get HS kids suspended. Even if a boy grabs a girl and does it to her against her will, they BOTH get suspended. It is very much zero-tolerance for any sort of affection.

Some public displays of affection among boys and girls like holding hands, kissing out of sight....if a short kiss....were okay.

What this does is destroy their understanding's of right and wrong and self defense. So in the (very near) future all of our rights will be completely destroyed.
