Guauranteed that he will have that skin taken care of (read: plastic surgery) and say that it was a medical necessity.
This A$$HOLE is so vain that he can't do anything gracefully, maybe save eating a double-cheeseburger.
No. Check that, he would scarf it down like the fat pig that he is.
Typically the skin on top of the eye can precipitate a medically necessary surgery, but below, hardly ever. Give him a year and he will have it done.
