A federal immigration program targeting men from Middle Eastern countries for mandatory registration was abruptly ended yesterday by the Homeland Security Department.
The National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS) had been criticized by Muslims and Arabs for singling out such a limited group, despite the fact that all the hijackers involved in the September 11 attacks were Muslim.

We might be pragmatic about it. If they want into the US, all they have to do is fly to Mexico City and catch a bus north to the border. Our defense is truly a joke.

This will prove to be a major mistake.The same type interviews no doubt that are conducted in Iraq....with the same result: more Americans killed.These people do not change. What does it take to convince the PCers in DC that this is so?

I thought the Dims blamed the 9/11 on W you know the famous pic of Hillary holding up th epaper with the headline What didBush know and when?
The essence of Hillary Clinton's charge is that Bush participated in a conspiracy to unite the nation under him by not taking the proper steps to prevent 9/11
So why are they STILL doing ALL they can to hamper the fight against terrorism?
These students are not US citizens.
