It is an issue for the general population.

It's no more of an issue than any other public health issue. Less than most.

Washing hands is more of an issue by a huge margin. Care to have government address that legislatively?

If not, I say, lets have a bunch of threads addressing that as a big issue. I haven't seen one on FR yet.

There are already regulations requiring hand washing in certain occupations.
