Thanks for the ping, XHog. It was good news and bad; the good, obviously, is that a huge ring has been busted and hopefully shut down for good, and it may lead to other busts. The bad is that you can bet your bottom dollar other motor vehicle offices throughout the country are harboring these sh**s (pardon my language)!! I shudder to speculate the extent!
