Norwich bar owners will still have to compete with private clubs and the two casinos, which are exempt from the smoking ban.

Smokers will go to the private clubs, casinos, and private homes. The rest of the state will fill up the non-smoking bars.

Your comment is nothing but ignorant bull excrement based on the claims of all the nico-nazi's who say they will support the bars if the bans are implemented!

It ain't happened yet as evidenced by all the bars across this country who have fallen prey to you nazi's and are now being forced out of business. Furthermore, there are one hell of a lot of neighborhood bars affected by this naziism that you and all your cronies wouldn't even drive thru their neighborhoods let alone stop in for a drink!

You doogooders are nothing but hot air when it comes to your socialist promises............

Can I now expect to see you and your ilk coming into the bars I hang out in simply because you make them smoke free? I DON'T THINK SO! The only time you slimers may be seen in such bars in the future is to do your "brown shirt" inspection. Since anonymity will be guaranteed, all you slimers have to do is see one smoker and to the phones you go.............

No evidence required, only the accusation! Welcome to the Fourth Reich.........

Your post is only half correct.

Your profile page does not list where you live, but it is obviously not in a state or even a town or county with a smoking ban.

The non-smoking bars are not full in Delaware, not at all. In fact the only ones that are doing any kind of decent business are those that have outdoor seating, and that was only during the warm weather months. And that was only when it wasn't raining, which it did most of the summer this past year because smoking is prohibitted in out door seating areas if there is a roof over it.
