Recently, Hannity interviewed Joe on his radio program. Joe said that Dean would be DANGEROUS for the contry as President. Then asked if Dean became the candidate, would he vote for him, Joe said "yes" he would vote the party line. Dangerous for the country, but still vote for him out of party loyalty? Disgusting.

Voting party over country is Lieberman's pattern. Remember that searing speech in the Senate against Clinton and his malfeasance? Then Joe voted to KEEP him in office.

Of course, had the Senate done their duty, Gore would have become president, so there was a silver lining there. Gore chose the man who had deprived him of the presidency then as his VP mate. Joe flipped all his previously held beliefs in his pursuit of power, failed, and now he's back saying he's always been consistent in his beliefs and that the American people have ALWAYS known where he stands.

You may not always agree with me but you will always know where I stand.

I find Leiberman less annoying than any other Democrat, but the above statement just isn't true. When he was added to the ticket in 2000, he changed his views on partial-birth abortion and vouchers, as I recall, with neck-snapping speed.

Hay, you and I joined up on the same day. In fact, I think I was living near you at the time. Great minds...

Wow, I never met somebody with the same FR birthday as me.

Being competitive, I'm going to guess that I beat you by 37 seconds. LOL.

LOL - maybe you did beat me by 37 seconds!

I was a little unschooled on the Interney at the time. It took me several visits just to figure out there were articles posted here...

All I remember about that day is that I had been looking at the site for a few weeks off and on, thanks to a link on Drudge. That morning, Bill Clinton had done something particularly annoying, and I just had to weigh in. I don't think I'd ever registered for any kind of web posting site before.

I registered, and I've been addicted ever since. I don't regret it.

In truth, I was under another nick then; stalker; I worked in one of the cable chatrooms back then and they didn't want us registering on subverisve sites like this under the names we used on IRC......LOL. (And, yes, I was the token conservative.)

And besides, you all scared me to death!

Howlin, for whatever reason, you've scared more kooks off this site than anyone else, I think.

I'm not sure how, because we're not on the same threads every day or even every week, but you've been pretty darn effective.

That's pretty impressive. Hats off to you!

I get about five emails a day asking me what on earth I've done to them.......LOL.

I myself can't figure it out; I guess they just have issues with women folk who speak their minds.

I'm sure you've heard that I'm the single worst thing that's ever happened to FR.

Except, of course, for Mo1; she and JR have "stolen" $60,000 from you poor snooks again this Freepathon!

LOL. Those were some weird days. Posters getting visited by the Secret Service, Trannie telling us Clinton would manufacture a crisis to stay in office, the Impeachment Rally (I watched it on CSPAN), Quidam and "Coke is it."

Didn't mean to hijack this thread. Back to our regularly scheduled programming. When you get old like us you just tend to talk and talk and talk...
