How do you know he doesn't occasionally post?
He pretty much has to read FR, because the is the only place he can read what his fans and not-so-fans think about him. We are his target audience.
Not to mention there is no single source of news as fast and comprehensive as FR.
I notice he has begun reffering to general clark as Jack D. Ripper. That's Pretty much from FR.

I don't know that he does or doesn't post. I'd love to know what nick he uses if he does just cuz he's entertaining and correct most of the time. Between he and Boortz I stay in a pretty good mood most of the day, in addition to being informed about what the Rats are trying on any given day.
