It began as a routine review of the newly delivered 2004 California labor code late last week.

It ended in a stunning discovery -- an embarrassing legislative faux pas that has left the state office in charge of running California's massive workers' compensation system with only enough money to keep its doors open for another five weeks.

I'd like to see the whole damn legislature cancelled myself alog with the unions and bureaucrats.

What good have they done the legal citizens and tazpayers of this state in the last few years? (No, that is not a trick question.. lol)

Flks would say ,, But that would just invite chaos and disorder. Duh.. what do we have now? ;-]

I know our company was surcharged $300 late last year for something...I wrote ILLEGAL DUMMYCRAT SURCHARGE on the check.

I relish the days when I would send a blank Recall Petition with our premium each month...
