Who said they are discriminated against? Why is that the assumption?
Unless they come out and say "Oh, btw, I like to ..." who knows or cares?
The city of Cincinati has a right to say that this behavior will not be condoned or tolerated.
Thats not being exclusive any more than saying that child porn will not be tolerated.

Luken and his city council could screw up a two-car parade.
I live in Cincinnati but not in the city limits. Most people would agree in Hamilton County that this guy is a goof. They're always obsessed with the wrong issues. Ridiculous.

"The City of Cincinnati and its various Boards and Commissions may not enact, adopt, enforce or administer any ordinance, regulation, rule or policy which provides that homosexual, lesbian, or bisexual orientation, status, conduct, or relationship constitutes, entitled, or otherwise provides a person with the basis to have any claim of minority or protected status, quota preference or other preferential treatment. This provision of the City Charter shall in all respects be self-executing. Any ordinance, regulation, rule or policy enacted before this amendment is adopted that violates the foregoing prohibition shall be null and void and of no force or effect."

Wish New Jersey would pass a law like this!

Luken'a approval rating last November was less than 30%. It's a shame as mayor he has a four-year term...otherwise, he might have been booted out.
