"...Copy the file and link it... need more?..."

Yes I do! It's a videotape now, and I need to learn how to change it to a computer file so I can park it somewhere on a web page, and then I can link to it.

I just got a new scanner, so I took the F-4 picture off the wall, scanned it, put it on my freebie web site, and linked it.

I just don't know how to turn a videotape into a computer file.............FRegards

You can copy video tapes using capture cards. I use a product from Hauppauge.

Check out www.hauppauge.com for more information.

Some of these can be found at Best buy and Best Buy can install the card for you at a modest charge. The WinTV GO product can capture strait to .avi format then you can copy that to the web site.
